Energiser Exercises - Zone 4 - Heart Chakra

I hope you've been enjoying the chakra exercise series.

This post focussed on zone 4, the heart chakra. This zone is based around the giving and receiving of love. When blocked, physically there's a tendency for shallow breathing, high blood pressure, heart disease and cancer. Emotionally fears around betrayal, being co-dependant and melancholic regularly bubble up. This energy centre is directly related to the workings of the heart, thymus gland, lungs pericardium, arms and hands.

As a reminder, performing these exercises daily will create movement and energy in these areas and contribute to reducing any blockages.

This is from Paul Chek's Eat Move and Be Healthy book. Such a great read.
