SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA
The price for shipping will depend on the Shipping Option you pick. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
Here's how the ongoing subscription works:
After you make your first purchase, Your Happiness Journal will be mailed to you on the first Monday of the month.
For example, if you purchase any day in April, your first order will be mailed on the first Monday in May.
2nd Month and every month thereafter
Ongoing subscriptions are due on the 1st of each month.
For example, if you purchase on the 20th May, your first Journal will be posted on the first Monday in June. The subsequent monthly payments will be deducted on the 1st July. That brings you into the monthly payment cycle.
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We are working to expand internationally and will have details for you in due course.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If there are any faults with your purchased product, you may return it for a refund. All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your purchase and must be returned within 14 days. You must pay for return shipping & handling. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 4 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that it will be your responsibility until the items reach our office.
- In the event that a return does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to reject your return.
- Postage will not be refunded. Refunds issued will be the purchase price only.
