Australia - 5-7 business days. No shipping charges in Australia.
Rest of the World - 10-14 days. Flat fee of $20 for shipping.
Please note that I will do my very best to ship to wherever you are in the world. But if you live in a place where mail regularly goes ‘missing’ or in a remote area, your package may not arrive within the time listed above. In these cases, please be patient, I will do my very best to get this to you in one piece.
YOUR FIRST PURCHASE
Your first purchase contains:
- Journal Booklet (will last one month if you use it everyday, as recommended).
This is a one off purchase, and a great way to ‘try out’ journaling for a month to see how you go.
YOUR SECOND PURCHASE ONWARDS (or if I’ve shared a hidden link with you)
This is your next step, if you want to continue on after the first month of journaling. You'll have access to these offers in 3 ways:
1. I'll email you a link after your first purchase (remember to tick the 'subscribe' checkbox when purchasing your first booklet).
2. You directly go to www.myhappinessjournal.com.au/pages/offers
3. You email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll email you the link.

Subscription, you receive a journal each month until you cancel.
There is a 3 month minimum on this, and you can cancel anytime after the three months is up
Here's how the monthly subscription works:
After you make your first purchase, Your Happiness Journal will be mailed to you on the first Monday of the month.
For example, if you purchase any day in April, your first order will be mailed on the first Monday in May.
2nd Month and every month thereafter, the ongoing subscriptions are due on the 1st of each month.
For example, if you purchase on the 20th May, your first Journal will be posted on the first Monday in June. The subsequent monthly payments will be deducted on the 1st July. That brings you into the monthly payment cycle.
You pay for 12 booklets upfront
You receive all 12 books in the post.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If there are any faults with your purchased product, you may return it for a refund. All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your purchase and must be returned within 14 days. You must pay for return shipping & handling. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 4 business days for your return to be processed. Please note that it will be your responsibility until the items reach our office.
In the event that a return does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to reject your return.
Postage will not be refunded. Refunds issued will be the purchase price only.
